CHEESE + CHEERS™
Appreciation + Pairing Experience
Our Signature Cheese Experience is back!
We're back! Join us for a BRAND NEW collaborative adventure with the Kimpton Saint George, as we bring back our award-winning CHEESE + CHEERS Experience in-person for the first-time since 2019.
Enjoy an interactive afternoon of learning, discussing and tasting incredible Canadian Cheese, pairings and how to appreciate them while hanging-out with our Big Cheese + Owner Kevin Durkee and Lead Culinary Guide Kaitlin Benoit as they entertain, enlighten and serve up incredible Cheese + Cheers.
Your afternoon will explore the world of Canadian Artisan Cheese and local drink pairings. This is a comprehensive and engaging way to learn about the world of cheese and the artisans behind the product. You'll be tasting six (6) different categories of Cheese - Fresh, Soft, Semi-Firm, Firm, Hard and Blue.
Your experience will be filled with tasting notes, chats and stories to give you a better appreciation for Artisan Cheese or enhance your love of them already. A chance to socialize, meet new friends and discover your new Canadian favourite.
We believe things taste better when you know where they come from - so, we're delighted to be joining forces with the Kimpton Saint George to host this one-of-kind experience.
Get ready for a great afternoon of Artisan Cheese, incredible local drink and fun. Bring some friends and join us.
