TOUR DATE

We can run ANY TOUR, ANY DAY, ANY TIME ... don't worry!

Your booking does not have to align with our public schedules, but be mindful that your preferred date is subject to our partners’ availability and not confirmed until a 50% deposit is received. 

NOTE: Friday and Saturday evenings are often very busy for our partners, so advance notice or additional costs may be required.

* The only exception are experiences in St. Lawrence Market, as the Market is closed on Mondays.

TOUR TIME

We can run ANY TOUR, ANY DAY, ANY TIME ... don't worry!

The start time of your food tour or adventure is YOUR CHOICE, but be mindful of our partners’ availability. 

DAYTIME FOOD TOURS can start any time between 9AM and 4PM. 

EVENING DINNER TOURS + EXPERIENCES can start any time between 4PM and 6PM.

MICHELIN® GUIDE FOOD TOURS can start between 4PM and 6PM.

COSTS + PRICE PER PERSON

DAYTIME FOOD TOURS prices are listed on our website, and range from $99 to $149 per Guest. (plus fees, tax + gratuities)

EVENING DINNER TOURS + EXPERIENCES prices are listed on our PDF Menu, and range from $129 to $489 per Guest. (plus fees, tax + gratuities)

MICHELIN® GUIDE FOOD TOUR price is listed on our PDF Menu, and is $489 per Guest. (plus fees, tax + gratuities)

Culinary Adventure Co. PRIVATE + GROUP experiences are sold as a flat fee, inclusive of: $85 Private Set-up Fee (per Tour), 13% HST (tax) and 20% Gratuity.

Culinary Adventure Co. BIG CHEESE + MICHELIN® GUIDE Experiences are sold as a flat fee, inclusive of $150 Private Set-up Fee, 13% HST (tax) and 25% Gratuity.

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW MY GROUP SIZE YET?

That's okay! 

You can still book to reserve your date/time with an estimate and adjust later. We need to have final Guest #’s one (1) week prior to your tour/experience.

DEPOSIT + PAYMENT

A 50% Deposit (by credit card) is required to hold your tour / time / date / culinary guide(s).

Your 50% Balance (Non-Refundable) is due one-week (7 days) prior to your experience.

100% Balance (Non-Refundable) is due three-weeks prior to our MICHELIN® Food Tours.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS + FOOD ALLERGIES

Don't worry.

We’ve managed dietary and allergy restrictions for thousands of Guests. Simply provide all details (by Guest) a minimum of one (1) week prior to your booking.

NOTE: Strict Kosher, Celiac and Paleo are often too tricky to navigate, but let’s chat.

For our Evening Dinner experiences, we offer non-alcoholic options as well.

HOW MUCH FOOD WILL THERE BE?

Lots.

We run food tours, not snack tours. All our tours / experiences are multi-dish, multi-location adventures. In more than 15+ years, no group has ever gone away hungry. You’re fully covered, your group will be super satisfied.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL TAXES AND CHARGES ON TOP?

Our per Guest pricing includes all the food, drinks and treats you’ll enjoy on tour. 

Your choice of Classic, Signature or VIP options determine your final costs. Private Tour Set-up fees, gratuities and HST are not included. So, once you’ve decided on the tour (options) you’ll receive a Booking Form with all associated costs.

WHAT IS THE TYPICAL GROUP SIZE ON TOUR?

It depends on the tour / experience selected.

But in general we like to keep groups around 16x Guests or less per Culinary Guide. That said, when your group is larger, we all start together - then smaller groups experience their tour, and the full group comes back at the end together.

We have handled groups of 600+ Guests. Don’t worry, we can manage your needs.

CAN WE ORDER EXTRA DRINKS ONCE WE GET THERE?

Not ideal, we strongly discourage it. 

Everything in your pre-booked package is ordered and prepared in advance to be ready on arrival at each restaurant. Orders placed after arrival take much longer, and come out with little time to spare before we head off to the next course. 

Guests end up disappointed, leaving drinks behind or feeling pressure to drink up. Not a good experience. So, please review which option (# of drinks) your group will enjoy - and we’ll take care of the timing and ordering.

WHERE DO WE MEET, WHERE DOES THE TOUR END?

Each tour description (online and our Menu PDF) includes the meeting location ‘address’.

Your group will meet on the sidewalk at that location. As for the end, again, listed on the tour descriptions - the end is typically only a few minutes walk from the meeting location.

Also, your meeting location will be part of your confirmation when your deposit is processed. In addition, we’ll summarize your tour / experience with extra details, transit and parking information and pro tips.

DO WE GET AN ITINERARY or MENU IN ADVANCE?

Nope, you’re booking an delicious adventure - not a ‘wedding menu’.  😉

We work with our partners to offer unique and often seasonal dishes on our tours / experiences. Remember, you selected your tour - so, you’ll have had an idea of the types of restaurants, dishes and vibes already.

HOW MUCH WALKING IS THERE?

Don't worry. Each of our tours are mobility friendly and easy to navigate. 

Each tour description includes the total distance covered. If Guests have unique mobility needs, please let us know.
